Insurance & Payment

 

Insurance can be complicated and we will do our best to help you understand your dental insurance policy. In order to do so, we must have accurate and updated insurance information for both the patient and the primary policyholder prior to your appointment. We will make every effort to give you an estimate of your insurance coverage and will collect the estimated patient portion on the date of service. Please remember that ultimately you are responsible for payment of services.  We cannot guarantee payment by your insurance company and any remaining balance will be patient responsibility.
